Yes, I had a little help from my creative husband on the character design but for the most part I designed and baked this cake while keeping eye on our 1 and 3 year old.

Not easy when wanting perfection. For the last 4 years I've stayed home watching our children while finishing school-but I must mention that a year in French culinary school comes handy. Taste is more important to me than looks, but what an amazing cake design.

School is over next month, and running my own cake shop begins. I look forward to designing and baking the most tastefully delicious cakes full time.

Details: 3 tier cake - bottom tier vanilla sponge with whipped cream and fresh raspberries, middle tier vanilla sponge with chocolate ganache filling, upper tier apple cinnamon cake with a brown sugar butter cream filling. Outer shell chocolate plastic. Character-Rice Krispy's with white chocolate coating.
