Bewitching Elegance ... Cakes to "Dy" for!

I started this business a few years ago out of my mother-in-laws candy store, Preston's Candy, in Burlingame, CA. Things have taken off very quickly.


Recently, I had the honor of creating a Star Destroyer cake for a Star Wars themed wedding that happened at Kerner Studios.


(Kerner is an off-shoot of ILM and the guys who started it worked on the Star Wars films.) I know that a few people have done Star Wars themed cakes and I really wanted to make this one over the top and out do the others.



With a little help from my husband we managed to make a really awesome cake with glowing engines and illuminated stands. I look forward to more challenges like this one.
