Cake Decorating - Awesome Birthday Cake

Right now I am a home maker and trying with new recipes day by day as I am interested in cooking

March 19th was my husband's birthday and I was planning to give him a pleasant surprise.

Obviously my surprise was a birthday cake made by me using the oven gifted by my husband. This time I tried a different cake. Yes it was a dry fruit cake.

I prepared cake in a usual way and the only difference I made to it was, I garnished on the top with dry fruits figs,badam, pista, akroot and raisins. I dotted my husband's nam e as such with dry fruits. My husband being a dry fruit lover enjoyed eating the same and gifted me too with kisses :)

So this is how I made healthy and tasty decorative cake using dry fruits.
