Cake Topper for Blond

I need a wedding cake topper for my sister. But her wedding is on September 19th.

We are from a hick town in Texas. I would like to portray that with the topper.

My sister has a daughter that will be 2 in August. She has white-blind hair and bright blue eyes. My sister herself has blond shoulder length hair, brown eyes, and is super skinny.

Her fiance is taller, with almost a shaved head but dirty blonde hair, and hazel eyes. He has a son that will be 3 in December. He has light brown/dirty blonde hair, and green eyes.

I would like a cake topper with all four of them on it. I saw the one with the couple and the dogs, and all the others as well.
I think this would make the day more unique than it already is.

Please let me know if you can do this, and how much it would cost.
