My name is Tenay, I have been a resident of Los Angeles since 1981. I have been baking since I was young.

I have always loved to make people feel comfortable, and important, and for me that was through baking. I have only been making customized cake for 5 years.

It is fun and exciting, and the possibilites are endless, to make a delicious edible treat into any art form you like, it makes working fun!

How I came across my talent was, one day I was making a cake for a friends baby shower, and when i removed the cake from the pan it fell apart, I was already late, so there was no time to start over, so I had to improvise!

So took the bits and pieces and made the cake into a bed with and elephant asleep in it. After the shower i thought why dont I try to make something else, like a "purse" and that was the birth of my second customized cake. This became exciting and so much fun to me that I thought " I love doing this so much, why dont I make my hobbie my career!" and there you have, the beginning of Edible Creations, one cake gone wrong.
