Maybe it’s the cream cheese icing or maybe it’s the spices in the cake batter, but whatever it is; it sure is yummy. I absolutely love to go to church socials, because you can be sure somebody’s aunt or grandmother brought a huge carrot cake. I’m a huge chocolate addict, but whenever there’s a carrot cake around, I don’t even look for the chocolate.
