Connie's kitchen

Hi, every one welcome to Connie’s kitchen story. Connie started cooking sense she was 9 years old.

She had to cook for all of her brothers and sisters she is the oldest girl out of 6 so she had to feed all of her sibling because her mom and dad work and that is the way her love for cooking and baking started.


I got married to Connie’s youngest son and ever sense theirs no other food that I can really love I think I’m spoiled with her baking she makes the best desserts that you will ever taste. She has always dream of opening a bakery and coffee place and name it Connie’s Place. I wish she really could be able to do it because she makes every dessert unique because she puts all of her love to it and she loves to see people enjoying her desserts.

My family really loves her desserts and food they get very excited every year when Thanksgiving is coming because Connie is the one that cooks the hole dinner she starts 3 days early to get a head start for a the delicious food and desserts that she will be making for that day.


Connie knows how to decorate from wedding cakes to birthday cakes she always decorate my son's birthday cake. And this is such a little port of her life she has been through a lot in her life from losing her husband in a very young age to losing her 17 years old sister and from the tornado taking her home in New Mexico and to from her youngest son loosing his eye when he was 6 years old and from been diagnostics with cancer cells and getting a major surgery that she didn’t needed .


But all of this and more thing that Connie has been through a lot and all of that never stop her of her love of cooking and baking. I can keep one all day with Connie’s story but I just hope that you guys can give her a opportunity to show the world of all the delicious ingredients that she has to share.
