Working in the film and TV industry has afforded me the great opportunity of working with some fun and exciting people; one of whom is Kimberly Williams-Paisley, star of ABC Sitcom, According to Jim.

When planning her wedding for February, 2003, Kimberly had decided, along with fiance', Brad Paisley, to keep their reception simple and fun. An outdoor venue,
blue denim and yellow gingham with paisley and daisy
accents completed their "country fair" theme. The menu consisted of BBQ, popcorn, cotton candy, an ice cream bar, plus of host of other delicious foods.

To keep with their theme, Kimberly and Brad decided
on cupcakes as the perfect choice; something simple,
easy and fun. She had heard about the new concept of
the cupcake tower and had enlisted my help in creating
this for her wedding reception.

To include the cupcake tower with the rest of the
decor, I decided to wrap each cupcake in a denim-like material, wrap in raphia to hide the baking paper. Each cupcake was accented on top with daisies and a small paisley decorated cookie.

Not only did Kimberly and Brad love their 300 cupcake-
filled tower, but the caterers loved the covers.
My Cupcake Cuddler tower was featured in IN STYLE
Magazine that summer.

Quickly, I received orders from local bakers and
customers to create custom holders for them as well.
Quickly, business started to grow. Cupcake Cuddlers was born.
