Hi! To whom it may concern, I hope all is well!
My name is Monika. I am an inspiring baker/cook who one day imagines to have her own mini cafe! I am an inspiring bodybuilder as well. I live for healthy food and the gym. Through bodybuilding is where I found my passion for cooking. I started cooking for my boss, who LOVED my meals! I started to experiment with recipes and found my liking to be more into sweet treats and baking. I started to create Sugar Free treats through recipes I found and just substituted them.

I, unfortunately, do not have any schooling but I am TREMENDOUSLY interested in learning the skills and techniques.

I see myself being featured on Food Network with Chef Duff from Charm City Cakes!
