Free Easy 3D Going on Safari Cake Instructions

3D going on Safari cake for my friend's birthday
This cake I made for my friend’s theme birthday party. The theme was Safari.

I’ve decided to make this cake, since it is the perfect gift and it matches with the theme. If you like this cake, you can read my free easy 3D going on Safari cake instructions.

For the bottom tier, I’ve made a chocolate cake. First, I mixed eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and chocolate. I left it in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. While it was baking, I prepared vanilla flavored butter cream.

For it, I used eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract and cooked it on a steam. When cooked, I could it and then mixed the butter with it and left it to cool completely. When the cream was cooled, I covered the cake with it. After that, I frosted it with fondant in light brown color. For the tiger details on the cake, I also used fondant in black color. The top tier I made of vanilla cake.

I used the recipe like the one for the chocolate cake, except that I put vanilla extract instead of chocolate. I covered it with chocolate flavored butter cream, which is also made with the same recipe as the one for vanilla butter cream, except now I used cocoa powder instead of vanilla extract. When the second cake was frosted with butter cream, I covered it with brown fondant too, and made the details on it with fondant in other color.

I made a hole through both of the cakes. When I made the holes, I put the PVC pipes through both of them, and the cake was stable. The only thing left to do is make the buffalo skull and two spears on the top of the cake. I made the buffalo skull of modeling chocolate, and for the spears, I used two cooking sticks and the top of them I made of modeling chocolate too. When I finished the cake, it looked absolutely wonderful. I was impressed how nice cake I’ve made. On the theme party, everybody was giving compliments how amazing my cake looked. My friend was the one that loved the cake most.
