Free Easy Carnival Themed Cake and Cupcakes Instructions

Carnival themed cake and cupcakes for the theme park's fifth anniversary
My friend works in a theme park and when they were celebrating fifth anniversary, I made them this very interesting cake.

Read my free easy carnival themed cake and cupcakes instructions if you decide to make it.

This cake has three tiers. Cupcakes are on the first and second tier, but on the top tier is a cake made of two small round layers. For these layers, I beat butter, powdered sugar, egg yolks, ground biscuits and melted chocolate in a big bowl.

In other bowl, I beat egg whites with sugar and poured it in the previous mixture. The whole mixture I divided in 2 parts. From the first part, I baked two small round layers, and the other part I used as filling. To make circus, I used stripes made of fondant in different colors.

For the entrance, I used white fondant. The roof of the circus I made out of white modeling chocolate colored with blue food color. The flag on the top of the roof was made of modeling chocolate. Then, I baked cupcakes in cupcake pan and few of them I baked in paper cases. The cupcakes are made of flour, sugar, eggs and butter.

I mixed all the ingredients in a mixing bowl at the same time, poured into the cupcake pan and baked for about 15 min. Each of them, I decorated differently and you can choose the decoration you like. Some of the cupcakes looked like popcorns, gumball machines, ice cream cones, the snow cones. After finishing the cake, I was surprised how great the cake looked.
