Free easy Grey and White Wedding Cake Instructions

My grey and white wedding cake
I like making wedding cakes so when my husband and I decided to get married, I didn't want anyone else to make me a wedding cake but me.

It was very difficult to decide which cake I should make, but after some time of thinking I made this lovely grey and white wedding cake.

Here you can read my free easy grey and white wedding cake instructions and learn to make beautiful cakes. This cake consists of three tiers. The bottom tier is made of a white layer and yellow butter cream.

First, I beat egg white with sugar, then I added flour, oil and baking powder and mixed it until combined. When mixed well, I poured the batter into the prepared larger round pan and baked it in preheated oven for about 30 min. When baked I left the layer to cool completely and greased it with yellow butter cream made of milk, egg yolks, flour and sugar.

I cooked all the ingredients until thicken. I let it to cool, and when cooled I added butter mixed with powdered sugar. I covered the layer with grey fondant. The middle tier was made of walnut layer. I beat eggs with sugar, walnuts, flour and baking powder. Mixed batter I poured in the smaller pan and baked for about 30 min. After baking I let it to cool. Over the layer I spread the chocolate cream.

I mixed sugar, ground biscuits, and I added boiled milk, melted chocolate and when the cream was cooled I added butter. I covered this layer with white fondant. Then I made the top tier out of blueberry layer. I creamed together sugar, shortening and eggs. I added flour, baking powder, salt and milk and mixed well. I stirred in blueberries and prepared mixture I poured into small round pan and baked for 25 to 30 min. I let it to cool. I frosted the layer with vanilla frosting. I beat butter, shortening and vanilla.

I added powdered sugar and milk and beat until creamy. I covered the top tier with white fondant. Then I made stripes out of grey fondant and placed them carefully. I used the icing bag for the decorations around the middle and the top tier. On top of the cake I put gum paste flowers and the middle flower I bought in cake store.

All the invites were astonished with my wedding cake and I was satisfied with the appearance and the taste too. So was my husband.
