Free Easy Pastry Chef Wedding Cake Instructions

My neighbor's pastry chef wedding cake
When my neighbor decided to get married, I promised to make her a wedding cake.

We spent a lot of time together and I knew that she likes glamorous cakes, so I made her this wonderful cake. If you like it, you can read my free easy pastry chef wedding cake instructions, which will help you make awesome cake.

For this cake, I used 4 tier cake stand. On the bottom tier, I didn't put any cake, only decorations. On the next tier, I put two lemon cakes with lemon butter frosting between them. For the lemon cakes, I creamed together butter and sugar for 5 min. until light and fluffy.

Then, I added eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition, then stirred in vanilla, flour and milk and mixed it well until combined. I poured it in prepared round pan and baked it for 30 min. When baked, I cooled the cakes completely. In the meantime, I prepared lemon butter frosting. I mixed lemon zest, lemon juice and cornstarch until smooth.

Then I added butter, sugar and boiled for 1 min. Then I added beat egg yolks and cooked for 5 min. until thicken. I cooled the frosting in the fridge for 3 hours. I covered the cake with icing. For the details on the cake, I used icing bag. I used the same recipe for the middle and the top cake, I just used the different decorations. On the top of the cake, I put a bride figurine to make it look even more attractive.

I also decorated the cakes with real roses. On the bottom tier, I placed the plastic fountain. Around the main part of the cake, I put 6 little cakes. These cakes were made of eggs, sugar, flour, milk, oil and baking powder. I mixed all the ingredients and poured into the prepared pans and baked for about 30 min. While the cakes were cooling, I made the vanilla pudding cream. First, I cooked milk, sugar and vanilla pudding. When cooked, I added beat egg whites and sugar.

I stirred until creamy. I covered all the cakes with the same icing as the previous cakes and used icing bag for the decorations. Around the cakes, I put real red roses and my cake looked astonishing.
