Ingredients
1cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
½ cup packed brown sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Lightly grease 9x9 inch square baking pan.
2. Combine flour, white sugar, egg, baking soda, and untrained fruit cocktail. Mix until blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the top with the brown sugar.
3. Bake at 350 F (175 C)for 40 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
