After retireing as an Accountant, I have built my business baking Special Order Cakes. I have a lot of local customers that call and pick them up at my home.


I live in a small town in North Carolina and today a Couple that has moved here from California ask that I bake a Nascar cake for them. Family is comming in October from Calif. to visit.
