Halloween Zombie Dog Cake

My zombie dog cake that is 22 inches high and 48 inches long. He growls with his jaw moving, his eyes glow red with fog coming up from underneath his belly! His eyes are made from poured sugar. Here's a short video clip of him in action as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuUv8T9kuok

He's made with 16 lbs of ganache, three layers of chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling.
