I am just looking for the bottom plastic part

I am a recently unemployed educator so I was already poor, now I'm really poor.

I am looking for a plastic food safe piece like the bottom part of the attached photo.

I haven't a clue as to what it is called which is probably hendering my search. Any help you might give would be greatly appreciated.
