How to make a wedding cake…that was the question running in my mind as I walked home from my school.

I wanted to make one for my teacher because she was going to be married soon. May be it was the way of showing her how much I liked her.

Of course she was strict and I would be her outstanding student … standing outside her class that is. But still I wanted to make an impression...a sweet impression.

As though reading my mind, my sister told me, "Invite her for dinner tomorrow, I will make sure you get the best grades this year."

You would not believe how my sister saved my day. I had brought my high school teacher home for dinner... The food was good but what took the cake was The Cake...Hmm…so luscious, so tasty!

The post dinner desert was this lovely cheese cake with rich aroma and richer taste. My sister is a terrible cook but that day we wondered how come she came with such a sweet surprise. Definitely there was no cake shop here….. Your guess was as good as mine.

Miss. Goodman was licking her lips. "Oh this is wonderful! Can I have another bite please?" she quipped. She did not speak for another five minutes. It was pin drop silence, just like what we have in our class when Miss. Goodman is around.

Each of us were busy savoring the delicious fluffy soft creamy cup cake, my sister had served Miss Goodman had planned her wedding by the next month. She told my sister, "I need some one to help me make a wedding cake. Do you know how to make a wedding cake?"

My sister read what was on her mind and said, "Sure I do, Miss Goodman, I know how to make a wedding cake".

You know even you can flatter and treat your near and dear ones, and not so dear ones by treating them to really gorgeous and delicious cakes? Just like my sister.
