Did I Hear Someone Say CatNap?

HOWDY!!! From TEXAS I started baking when I was a teenager. Cookies from scratch for Church and School bakesales and at least a gross of various flavors were shipped every weekend to friends and family serving in Vietnam.


I learned how to read a recipe quickly and how to adjust one even quicker. I still bake from scratch, it just tastes better. I have two favorite cookies: chocolate chip and iced oatmeal raisin. The bottom line is I liked what I bake and cook so much that I am diabetic. Not to worry, I just learned how to bake, cook and eat with less sugar or fake sugar.


In closing, over the years, I have collected (this is a rough count) over 3,000 recipes. I am hoping to put them all in the computer. I'm going to go back and surf the www. Happy Cooking! Sher
