Hey everyone.. I'm a wedding photographer that took a picture of this cake topper. I actually get about 5-6 calls a years about them so I thought I would share what I know.
The company that owns the "license" to make these cake toppers went out of business but, since they own the rights, no one else can make them. Magicmud will be your best choice unless you can "borrow" them from someone. I know this doesn't help but hopefully it will answer your questions.
I was never able to find a figurine so I ended up buying a personalized one from magicmud.com. I was extremely pleased and my husband loved it. It was expensive but I feel it was worth the money in the end.
Maybe wherever you are getting your wedding cake from can give you some idea's on where to go or they may know of some place.

Looking for Mr. and Mrs. Wuf Cake Topper by: Kelly
Please let me know what you find. I saw an NC State cake topper at this place in Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, but it was a cheap, plastic guy and girl dressed in red with a block S on the base. It looked like a pre-schooler painted it!
Since this seems to be tough to find, I am also willing to look at any Mr. and Mrs. Wuf figurines that wouldn't crush a cake. They don't have to be wedding themed, just the two of them, either together or separate. I hope someone can help me!
Thanks!

Campus Bookstore by: Anonymous
The Campus Bookstore had them at one time. Really cute for less than $20. Good Luck! You could call them at Phone: (919) 515-2161
There is a website called magicmud.com and he can make one but it's around $250--way more than what I was willing to pay. I am not sure where you are located at but I have heard there were some in Mt. Airy in a store on Main Street. I haven't been able to visit it yet so I am not sure if they still carry them or not.
