Directions

1. Preheat over to 350. Grease and lightly flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Set aside.

2. In large bowl with electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, mayo, water, eggs and cinnamon for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping sides occasionally, for two minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans.

3. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.

If desired, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar or fill and frost. You can also prepare cake mix in 9” x 13” baking pan for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
