Confetti upside apple cake

by Katie
(USA)

Ingredients:

1 box of confetti cake

10 large apples

1 tub of whipped cream

1 tub of frosting(your choice)

Follow directions on back of cake mix. After that peel 8 of the apples and slice them to whatever degree you would like.

Mix in the apples and bake for 27-30 minutes in 2 9-inch round pans. When it is done take it out and ice the one cake with the frosting that you chose. ( I prefer chocolate icing)

Then place the second cake on top of that and ice it with the whipped cream. Peel and slice the remaining 2 apples and place them on top of the cake.

Put in the refrigerator for 5-8 minutes. Take out you cake and enjoy. YUMMM!

Yummy Cake Recipes

by Jacqui
(UK)

Have you ever made a fruit cake and been disappointed that after all that hard beating, plus the weighing and the mixing... it has turned out a rather dry and disappointing item?

My website was born because of one fruit cake recipe which is so easy to make no beating yet is always reliably moist. More recipes joined this first one and so "Yummy Cake Recipes" was born.
