Red Velvet and Yellow Cake

I am Ronnie, I am a Culinary student at Platt college in Okc Ok. I have been in my our program for a little over 5 months and am currently in Advanced bakery.

I have nothing but passion for this industry and I am learning alot of new things that I am able to do. These cakes are my first two cakes I have ever done 1)from scratch and 2)decorated. Hope you all enjoy seeing my work.
