Hi, I'm a retiree and am interested in baking cakes and cake decorating. I live in Fiji in the South Pacific and have to import most of my cake decorating tools and ingredients.


I only bake cakes for friends and family, but would like to learn the wonderful art of cake decorating preferably for free! I hope I may be able to participate and learn from you the experts and other like-minded professionals. Thanking you in anticipation,
