I am looking and wishing for someone to make a cake or a topper shaped of a Smoothie Pacifier for my twin girls 1st Birthday in May 2008. My Babies love this specific pacifier since birth so i think nothing will be more special than a cake or big topper shaped like their *Paci*. I would really appreciate if u can make it for me.
