Tarts and Truffles Cakes and Catering

While my twin boys were little I need a at home career and over the years that business evolved into going to school for pastry and then in 2005 opening Tarts and Truffles Cakes and Catering located on the Woodstock Square in McHenry County, Illinois. My entire family children, parents, sisters and brothers help with the bakery and the Centerville Cafe, where we run a Friday night fish fry.

I contracted with a local Elks Lodge to use their kitchen to bake in return for running the fish fry.


That expertise developed into catering and now I run a very busy wedding cake and edible wedding favor business and catering business serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
