The Bakery Connection

My name is Debbie Jaufre and recently purchased The Bakery Connection located in Poplarville, MS.


For the last several years I have begun baking cakes in my home and my hobby became a passion. Then several months ago one of my children asked me when was I going to begin baking for a living.


I thougth about it and all the pieces fell into place for me to purchase and begin a new profession at the age of 52. I believe in challenges and risks, and that is what it takes to take on speciality baking.


I now own The Bakery Connection and living a dream, baking speciality cakes, including wedding cakes. I believe that a cake needs to be complete, all T's crossed and I dotted.


My motto is " cakes baked with the best of ingredients, thought, shared communations, and lots of Lovins." Lovins being the name I call my grandchildren. I am so lucky to be able to live my dream that I provide my customers with a cake that is an expression of thankfullness.
