I made this cake for my neighbors sons wedding.
He is an avid drummer and the stand is actually a antique The gold buttons are real plastic buttons. The XO are (NEW!!) little hair clips.

He was really surprised when he saw it.


I usually don't let the bride or groom know what I am planning for the grooms cake
once they pick the theme of it. It is always a surprise. Everyone is always happy with the results.
