Used Bakery EquipmentMaybe you want to open a bakery, or you already have your store but you need to replace or add some ovens or cases, consider purchasing used bakery equipment. Usually these used ovens, mixers, refrigerators, donut and bagel machines, have been fully reconditioned and carry some kind of warranty. Whether you want to make elegant wedding cakes or bagels, you can find good quality used appliances at sometimes half the cost of new. But be savvy and do your homework, make sure you get a warranty in writing and beware, if an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t even consider purchasing used bakery equipment unless the company is willing to stand behind their warranty.
