Valentines Day is coming up, and i had never made a fondant covered cake before. So, i thought i'd give it a try before i made my special valentine a heart shaped fondant cake. Turns out it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be, but it isn't easy. After tasting it..i noticed that the fondant was tough and chewy.

This was also my first time eating a fondant covered cake..so im not sure if that was ok..but other than that..I had a lot of fun making it, and i think i did a good job for my first time. :D
