This beautiful cake was made for Tamiko & Atonio's wedding in FIJI. Cakes 2000 made this and transported it to the WARWICK Hotel on the Coral Coast Aug 8th 2009.

Frangipane Island Tower by Eceli Koroi-Rosa of CAKES 2000 FIJI

This was made for Ed & Lyn in FIJI by Eceli Koroi-Rosa-Pastry Chef & Cake Specialist of CAkes 2000 Ltd FIJI.

It took me 6 hours to individually dress each of the 94 Lemon Cupcakes with a ribbon band, pipe a bow, paint it silver, place a rosette of royal icing on the top and place a frangipane on it.
