Have you ever made a fruit cake and been disappointed that after all that hard beating, plus the weighing and the mixing... it has turned out a rather dry and disappointing item?

My website was born because of one fruit cake recipe which is so easy to make no beating yet is always reliably moist. More recipes joined this first one and so "Yummy Cake Recipes" was born.
