Your kids will love this free easy Easter Cake recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups All-purpose flour1 cup Butter, softened1 cup Walnuts or pecans coarsely chopped1 1/4 cup Brown sugar 2 Eggs1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg1/2 teaspoon Ground allspice1 teaspoon Vanilla1 teaspoon Baking powder1/2 teaspoon Baking soda



Directions:

Mix topping ingredients and set aside.

Heat oven to 350 F

Butter a medium tube pan. Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.

Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, yogurt and vanilla.

Gradually beat flour mixture into the batter. Blend it well. Sprinkle one-fourth of the topping into the prepared pan. Spoon on 1/3 of the batter.

Continue layering. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 60 min.

Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan to a wire rack

Serve warm.
